Diane Sugimoto is a seasoned executive who brings the financial acumen, analytical understanding and hands-on leadership of a CFO to both corporate positions and client consulting engagements. But it’s her expertise as a Certified Public Accountant that truly sets her apart.
With more than 40 years’ experience in a variety of executive posts and client assignments, Diane understands the finances and practicalities of corporate organizations. She focuses her financial skills on the entire spectrum of private sector financial operations.
Diane has deep experience in all major financial transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships and investments. She specializes in building rapid growth companies and restructuring stalled organizations utilizing her expertise and knowledge in systems development and capitalization. She combines her advanced technical knowledge and broad business experience to guide companies’ capital efficiency, profitable growth and maximize valuation.

Diane lives in Miami, Florida; is married with three adult children. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Ghen Sugimoto
Ghen Sugimoto is a creative business professional with a successful history of building entity value in the insurance, healthcare, legal and business process outsourcing industries through strategic thinking, decisive marketing, process excellence and technology. Ghen focuses on communication and data-driven solutions to foster strong outcomes. He is experienced in designing and executing actionable customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Ghen brings over 20 years of business operations, marketing and solutions engineering experience at Fortune 50 companies to successful start-ups, with a focus on revenue enhancement, process development, and cost efficiencies. He is a trained engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt with a disciplined holistic approach developed through his time working in highly regulated environments.
Throughout his career Ghen has held numerous executive, senior leadership and board roles at exciting growth companies, including: CEO of VenturePlus, a specialty benefits provider serving the equestrian and automotive industries; COO of Elevant Solutions, a legal process outsourcing provider; CMO of ExpertPlanet, an innovative business process outsourcing firm serving clients such as eBay, PayPal and Nestle; VP of Marketing at iCan Benefit Group, a national consumer health insurance provider; as well as, SVP and founding member of InteractiveMD, an early leader in telehealth. Additionally, he served as an advisory board member at Florida International University.
